For 1.5 years I lived in this amazing 2000 m2-building at the Herengracht in Amsterdam. It is in this particular building where I rediscovered my love for photography, as I became obsessed with capturing the light in the old rooms. My favorite moment was around 5 pm as the light became softer and filtered by the tree. The water-effect is a result of the type of glass used for the windows. This is common in old homes, and creates a beautiful effect.
